If you are taking advice from, or have been prescribed drugs by a medical professional, do not discontinue the course of  treatment.

‘Therapy with Magnets’ is used in support of conventional medicine as well as on it’s own. If in any doubt ask.

Magnetic devices are not recommended for people with medical implants e.g. pacemakers or on the abdomen of pregnant women.

All MagneCare ’Therapy with Magnets’ products, use unipolar magnets with the biomagnetic north pole (-) towards the body. This is the accepted convention for continual use.

Arthritis (seek medical help)

Use of magnet therapy on several levels is recommended to help with Arthritis. Depending on the location, the pain caused by inflammation can be reduced by the use of:

  • individual magnets applied directly on the effected area
  • Acupoint magnets on the acupressure potent points
  • wristbands
  • Shoe insoles
  • Always use a Magnetic pad & orthopedic pillow
  • Drink magnetised water according to the recipe.
  • Take TunaCaps

Dr Philpott recommends:- “The magnetic bed with the potential to reduce inflammation, swelling and pain, provides the optimum magnetic therapy for arthritic disorders including gout and ankylosing spondylitis” (Who is Dr Philpott?)

Aging -aches & pains

There is no doubt that to combat the effects of aging, total body treatment using a magnetic pad and magnetic pillow must be high on the list. However, to start with, try one of our starter kits. They are designed to help balance your body by combining the chi balancing energy of a wristband or bracelet, some Reflexology with the magnetic massage insoles and a pair of neodymium magnets for applying to really troublesome joints or muscles.

Asthma (seek medical help)

For Asthma, I recommend two strong magnets used over the sternum (breastbone) for 10-30 minutes at a time and removed and re- applied frequently in order to relieve inflammation and edema. I recommend BD60ES magnets and 2" wide Micropore tape.

Dr Phil pot recommends: use of a 6” x 4” x 1” block magnet over the chest. These are very heavy and difficult to use. (Who is Dr Philpott?)

Also very effective are Acupoint magnets on the recommended potent acupressure points to help with Asthma.

Definitely drink magnetised water . to the
recipe.

Ultimately, due to their efficacy, you would derive maximum benefit from sleeping
on a magnetic pad.

Bedwetting (seek medical help)

Use total body treatment.
Dr Phil pot recommends: Try 2 individual magnets applied directly to the kidneys or urethra area. BD60MPL should be OK. (Who is Dr Philpott?)

Cancer (seek medical help)

Their is some evidence that magnetic therapy can be a positive benefit in the treatment of cancers. Total body treatment is recommended, but we request you contact us for more specific advice with regard to your circumstances. Dietary consideration are very important and you should drink magnetised water according to the recipe.

Circulation Problems (seek medical help)

There is hard evidence that total body magnetic treatment is a positive benefit in the treatment of circulation problems including high blood pressure. Dietary considerations are also important, as is water intake. Drink magnetised water according to the recipe.

Cystic Fibrosis (seek medical help)

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetically inherited disease. People with CF have a problem with the way salt, sodium and chloride and water move in and out of mucus-producing cells. The most serious problems usually develop in the lungs and pancreas. Total body treatment is recommended. Dehydration can also be a problem so drink magnetic water according to the recipe.

Depression

Dr Philpott recommends: magnets near the head whilst asleep. In order to assist with the uninterrupted flow of blood to the brain and to contribute to a good nights sleep, we recommend our magnetic orthopedic pillow. In very severe cases, stronger magnets can be arranged near the head. Please contact us for advice.

Eczema and other skin problems

There are many potential causes of Eczema and other skin problems, ranging from chemical irritants to mental problems such as anxiety, fear etc. Dehydration and nutritional deficiencies are also likley; e.g. lack of essential fatty acids in the diet and a zinc deficiency. Please contact us for further advice.

Lower Back Pain (seek professional help)

Use of magnet therapy on several levels is recommended to help with lower back pain. Try use of:

  • individual magnets applied directly on the effected area. Use BD60ES.
  • Acupoint magnets on the acupressure potent points
  • Wristbands
  • Shoe insoles
  • Total body treatment - Magnetic pad & orthopedic pillow
  • Drink magnetised water according to the recipe.

Menopause

Magnets can help with the relief of hot flashes by using Acupoint magnets on the following points:

  • K1 - At the base of the ball of the foot between the two pads.
K27 - In the hollow below the collarbone next to the breast bone
LI4 - In the webbing between the thumb and index finger at the highest spot of the muscle when the thumb and index finger are brought close together.
GB20 - Below the base of the skull, in the hollows two or three inches apart depending on the size of the head

For more information on acupressure points this is a really interesting and useful book

Dr William H Philpott MD. Throughout this website, various references are made to Dr Philpott. Dr Philpott practiced medicine for 40 years and was well know for using magnetic therapy in his daily work with patients and contributing to its establishment as a recognised alternative therapy.

Dr Philpott has co-written a new “Definitive Guide to Magnet Therapy” which we thoroughly recommend to you.
